Jaclyn O'Hara

Owner of and Learning Facilitator for Rebel Learning. 

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Elmhurst College in 2005 with a Major in English, emphasis in Literature and Writing, and Secondary Education Certification.  During my tenure as a classroom teacher, I taught freshman, junior, and senior English as well as Advanced Placement English Literature and Composition.  All of my students received a score of 3 or better on the AP Exam, most of which received a 4 and a few achieved a 5 (highest possible score).  

I continue to follow current events and trends in education, as I am a teacher at heart.  I also design and sew scarves and clothing for my fashion label when I'm not reading as much as I can (especially anything related to Harry Potter), practicing the cello, taking my daughter to Irish dancing competitions, or watching the Cubs.
